Inspiring the future of the industry.
We have provided training opportunities for a number of apprentices, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in this dynamic, specialist field. We also regularly take on student interns to develop knowledge and skills over a period of time, with a view to offering employment.
A stable workforce consisting of project managers, site supervisors, commissioning engineers, software engineers and control panel manufacturing staff means we have all the expertise in-house to support the multidisciplinary development of young talent.
By providing employment opportunities for local people, and regularly investing in their training requirements through personal on-site health and safety courses, and product training through our suppliers Trend, Scheider, and Seimans, we believe we are safeguarding our workforce for industry and market of the future.
