Castlepark View

We love being part of Bristol’s urban regeneration and by being part of the delivery team at Castle Park View it doesn’t get much bigger!

Working with JS Wright & Bouygues UK we’ve been working hard to progress the project and make sure the landmark 26-storey residential tower in the centre of Bristol stays on track for handover in 2022.

Served by Bristol’s new heat network (which we are also working on!) the control of the buildings environment goes way over and above the “usual” domestic approach.
Web based connectivity allows the occupiers to remotely control the environmental conditions of the property whilst the buildings landlord can monitor its energy usage and performance.
